Beekeeping in Northern Climates Course, Year 2

Want to keep your bees alive and healthy year after year? If you have a year or more of beekeeping experience, this engaging course is for you. Beekeeping in Northern Climates Year 2 will help you maintain healthy bee colonies long term. 
 
Building on first-year knowledge, topics include:
  • Spring management of live colonies.
  • Spring divides for swarm control
  • Queen introductions and replacement.
  • Steps to take with dead colony equipment.
  • Best management practices for controlling diseases, pests, and parasites.

Lunch, snacks, and beverages are included in the course registration.
